HOW CAN CHURCHES MAKE REGISTER FOR UNITED?
Registration is quick and easy. Feel free to go to our registration page and sign up there!
WHAT IS THE ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE TIME AT UNITED?
United starts at 9:30 am, and our last session ends around 5:30 pm.
WHAT SHOULD STUDENTS BRING?
Everything you need will be waiting for you at United 2024 (journals, pens, food, etc)!
WHAT SHOULD STUDENTS NOT BRING?
Expensive and valuable items (i.e. jewelry, electronics, etc.)
Illegal Drugs, Tobacco/nicotine products, or alcohol
Any material or media that would be deemed inappropriate
Weapons or Explosives
WE HAVE A STUDENT WITH FOOD ALLERGIES; HOW IS THAT HANDLED WHILE AT UNITED?
We offer a special diet menu for gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegetarian guests.
Additionally:
Parents of students with food allergies should let their leader know before arriving to United. The church leadership can contact the United Conference Administrator, who will notify our Food Services Team of those needs.
DO YOU HAVE A NURSE ON SITE DURING UNITED?
Yes, we will have a registered nurse on-site during the entire event. The youth group leader/youth pastor will have the nurse's contact information if any needs arise during the day.
WILL THERE BE FOOD AND LUNCH AVAILABLE?
Yes, we will have snacks throughout the day and serve lunch! We are excited to have Chick-fil-A for lunch. The cost of all food and snacks are included in the conference registration.
CAN I VOLUNTEER FOR THIS EVENT?
